Erin O’Brien is a Support Line Specialist here at Legacy Publishing Company. She's an integral part of the advising team that helps our customers as they learn effective parenting techniques from the Total Transformation and Total Focus Programs. Erin’s role, along with our other Support Line Specialists, is to coach parents when they call up with specific questions about managing their children’s behavior.
